Forest Play Day is our forest enrichment program for children ages 2 1/2-6. Children enrolled in our Forest Play Day attend one, two or three mornings per week with a caregiver (nanny, parent, grandparent, friend) or with a "host" who accepts responsibility for your child for each forest enrichment morning. A trained Forest Kindergarten teacher is present to facilitate each morning, which includes a morning circle, unstructured time in the forest, a campfire on chilly days, snack and story time (sometimes inside our magical tipi!), and an adventure walk.
For children attending our program without a caregiver, we offer a "host" program, which allows your child to attend our program with another child's caregiver. We compensate all hosts, and the cost for participating in the host program is detailed in the Forest Play Day tuition document below.
All families who participate in our Forest Play Days and Parent Tot Forest Play Group will be included in our community for all monthly community events.
